4. You choose which work to accept based on your availability
5. We remain your point of contact for scheduling support and service standards

Requirements

- Basic cleaning equipment where required
- Professional conduct and reliability

Important Information

Spotless Management does not employ cleaners. All cleaning professionals operate independently and are responsible for their own tax, insurance, and compliance obligations.

Our role is to manage the service structure, standards, and client relationship — creating consistent opportunities while protecting the independence of our cleaning partners.
